Working out from home or in a small gym being the main solutions to exercise today, I've made it my mission to specialize in home workout and small gym fitness plans for busy individuals. My customized plans are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while also accommodating your busy work schedule.
My home and gym workout plans are made with workouts of 30 minutes to an hour maximum. That's why my plans include exercises that empower you, give you confidence and help to reduce stress and boost mood, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.

I am a tech sales and fitness personal trainer from Senegal (West Africa) and Paris, France. I relocated to San Francisco, CA to experience the fitness lifestyle I always wanted. I moved to Los Angeles at the beginning of 2023 to explore Southern California and experience life in LA.
I started my fitness journey in 2016 after a career in college basketball (NCAA). After changing my lifestyle from an athlete to an active working woman in the advertising industry and being an inspiration for my community on social media, I became an ACE-certified personal trainer in 2019. I enjoy helping individuals maintain and thrive in a healthy lifestyle through online and in-person fitness coaching. During the pandemic, I created an online fitness class and community around more than 100 home workout classes. Today, I am providing a holistic vision of fitness.
I have an Athlete Mentality🏀 - Former college basketball player, I couldn't stop working out. I've been living an active lifestyle, and I've always been very consistent in my training routines. I am extremely competitive, I will challenge you to push over your limits. Are you ready?
I am a GirlyGirl 💅🏽 - I practice fitness to enhance my personal aesthetic. I love to dress up, do makeup, and create content about fitness and nutrition and living my best active life.
